私について。。。
 はじめまして。私のなまえはアビーで16才、父と母といもうとのホリーといっしょにメルボルンのこうがいにすんでいます。さいきん高校の二年生をはじまりました。私の学校はまあまあ大きいです。学生が１２００人ぐらいいて色々なくにからきました。移民が多いですからとてもおもしろいだと思います。私はしあわせなひとで買い物に行ったり、海に行ったり、おんがくを聞いたり、友達と出かけたりすることが好きです。私は食べることこも好きです。とくにチョコレートとアイスクリームが好きです。色々なくにの食べ物も食べてみるのが好きです。さいきん16才になりましたからうんてんめんきょのべんきょうがはじまります。もうすぐ父と練習しはじめます。
かぞくについて。。。
私のかぞくは四人かぞくです。父のケンさんと母のアンさんと妹のホリーです。友達とちがって私はかぞくとでかけるのが大好きです。日曜日によくいっしょにかぞくといとことバーべキュウしたりします。私の親は外国へ旅行することに興味があるのでがいこくはつれてもらったことがあります。とてもよかったです。私は三人の女の子のいとことなかがいいです。いっしょになんでもするのは楽しいです。毎年そのいとこといっしょに二回ぐらい旅行します。ふつうキヤンプに行きますが2003年にスリランカはいっしょに行きました。父と父のお兄さんはスリランカで生まれて私たちをつれて生まれたところをみせてもらいました。三週間いましてからとてもよかったです。
スポーツ。。。
わたしはスポーツに興味を持っていて、ネットボールとランニングが大好きです。毎週の水曜日のゆうがた、学校の友達といっしょにネットボールをします。ともだちといっしょにするのでとても楽しいです。土曜日のあさにランニングをします。わたしはあさ早くおきるのがすきじゃないのでちょっと大変ですがついてから楽しいです。一番好きなエベントは１００ｍと２００ｍです。友達もいるのでたのしいです。 |

「であい」教材の主人公のさまざまな生活を見るのはとても楽しかったです。わたしたちと違うところもおもしろかったですが、似ているところもたくさんあり興味をもちました。主人公たちの写真や文章を読んで、日本人は勤勉でおとなしいという固定観念に反して、それぞれが違う個性をもっていることがわかりました。彼らの生活について読むのはとても楽しかったです。もっと彼らのことを知りたいと思います。

About Me
Hi
my name's Abby. I am 16 years old and live in Hampton Park (about 40km from Melbourne)
with my mum, dad and younger sister Holly. I have just started year 11 at Dandenong
High School. My school is fairly big with about 1200 students in total, it is
very multicultural with students from all over the world and many different cultures.
I am a pretty happy, easygoing girl and I love shopping, listening to music,
going to the beach and hanging out with my friends. I love eating, especially
chocolate and ice cream, but I also like eating all different types of food and
I'll try anything! I just turned 16 recently, which means I can now finally go
for my learners permit and start learning to drive. Before I can start driving
I have to pass a test about the road rules. Once I have done that I can start
learning in the car with either my dad or a driving instructor! My test is in
2 weeks so I can't wait :)
Family
I
have 4 people in my family. My mum (Anne), my dad (Ken) and my younger sister
Holly. Unlike most people I like spending time with my family and we often go
out together on Sundays or have a BBQ with my cousins. I have been really lucky
to have parents who like travelling and who have taken us overseas, which I absolutely
love. I am also very close with my cousins Lucy, Candice and Charlotte. They
are absolutely gorgeous girls and I love spending time with them. Whenever I'm
with them they make me feel happy and we always have a fantastic time. Whenever
we are together we always end up laughing and laughing. We are very close and
our families go away together about twice a year. We usually go camping but in
2003 we went to Sri Lanka together. My dad and uncle are brothers and were both
born there so it was a great to be able to go back together and see their old
house and neighbourhood. The trip was great because we got to spend 3 weeks together
and it really brought us closer.
Sport
I
like playing sport and play netball and do athletics. I love playing sport because
it keeps me active and I have a great time. I play mixed netball every Wednesday
night, my friends and I decided to make a team last year so this is only our
second season but so far we are doing pretty well! Netball is really fun because
we are all friends and just have fun when we play. I do athletics every Saturday
morning from 8:30am. This is a bit of a problem for me because I am definitely
not a morning person :) but I usually get there on time! My favourite events
at aths are the sprints and the jumps. My favourite is the 100m and 200m. Aths
is great because all of the people in my age group are friends and we all hang
around together between events. We usually kick the footy or just laze around
until our next event. |

I
really enjoyed looking at the different lives of the students featured in the
Deai textbook. It was really interesting to see the ways students in Japan are
different to us but also the many ways in which we are similar. Looking at the
students photos and reading about them made me realise how different and unique
they are, as oppose to the hard working, quiet stereotype that we tend to think
of when talking about Japanese people. I really loved reading about the students
lives and would love to get to know them more!!

我们全家四口人，有爸爸Ken、妈妈Anne和妹妹Holly。和朋友不同，我特别喜欢和家里人一起出去玩。星期天经常和家人以及亲戚去野外烤肉。我的父母喜欢去国外旅游，他们也带我一起去过国外，非常开心。我和三个堂姐妹非常要好，我们一起玩什么都很开心。每年和堂姐妹一起去海外旅行两次。我们平时经常去野营。2003年一起去了斯里兰卡，我父亲和父亲的哥哥出生在斯里兰卡，他们带我们去看他们出生的地方。去了三个星期非常愉快。
体育。。。
我对体育很感兴趣，喜欢排球和跑步。每周星期三傍晚，和朋友一起打排球，因为和朋友一起玩，所以很开心。星期六早上参加田径队跑步。我不太喜欢早起所以有点难受，不过到了那里就很开心了。我最喜欢的项目是100米和200米。因为有好朋友所以很愉快。 |

看到「であい」里的主人公丰富多彩的生活觉得很愉快。和我们不一样的地方很有意思。看了主人公们的照片和随笔，与我本来的观念正相反，我本来一直认为日本人非常勤奋而老实，可是这里的主人公们都很具有个性。读了有关他们生活的文章觉得很有趣。我更加想多了解一些他们了。

우리 가족은 4명입니다. 아버지의 켄, 어머니의 안, 여동생의 호리입니다.
주변 친구들과 달리 저는 가족과 놀러가는 것이 정말 좋아합니다. 일요일에 가족과 사촌동생들과 같이 바베큐를 자주 합니다. 우리 부모님은 외국으로
여행하는 것에 관심이 있어서 외국으로 우릴 데리고 간 적도 있습니다. 정말 좋았습니다. 저는 3명의 사촌 여동생들과 친합니다. 같이 하는
것은 다 재미있습니다. 매년 그 사촌들과 같이 2번 정도 여행합니다. 보통 켐프하러 가는데 2003년에는 스리랑카에 같이 갔습니다. 아버지와
큰 아버지는 스리랑카에서 태어나서 우리에게 태어난 곳을 보여주셨습니다. 3주정도 있어서 재미있었습니다.
스포츠
저는 스포츠에 관심이 있어서 넷볼과 러닝을 좋아합니다. 매주 수요일

다른 점도 재미있었는데 비슷한 점도 많이 있어서 관심을 갖게 되었습니다. 주인공들의 사진이나 문장을 읽고 일본인은 부지런하고 얌전하다는 고정관념에
