【1】Farewell Party for Third-Year Students
A "sansokai" is a farewell party organised by school clubs (bukatsu) for members who are graduating. The Japanese academic year starts in April and finishes in March, so the sansokai and graduation ceremonies are held in March. Ryota is reporting about the sansokai held for him by his kendo club.
