ぼくは、おしゃれなほうだと思います。「オレは大産大高（大阪産業大学附属高校）のファッションリーダーや！」と思っています。お姉ちゃんの影響で、中学生のころからファッションに関心をもつようになりました。中学3年生のときには、茶髪（茶色に染めた髪）にして先生にすごく怒られたこともあります。緑など少し暗めの渋い色あいで、スケーターが着るようなだぼっとした形の服が好きです。部活が早く終わった日や休みの日には、よく心斎橋のアメリカ村に服を見に行きます。アメリカ村は若者向けのお店がたくさん集まっているところです。高校生なので、そんなにしょっちゅう買えるわけではありません。でも、ぼくは安くていいものを見つけだすのが得意です。ファッション誌は参考にしません。自分の目で見ていいと思った服を買います。

I think I dress pretty cool. In fact, I see myself as something of a fashion leader at my school! I developed an interest in fashion while I was in junior high under the influence of my sister. In my third year of junior high I dyed my hair blonde and got raked over the coals for it by my teacher. I'm into baggy clothes like skateboarders wear, in darkish, sober colors like green. On my days off or when practice finishes early, I often go to "Amerika Mura" (America Village) to check out the clothes. "Amerika Mura" is an area with lots of shops for young people. As a high school student I can't afford to buy stuff that often, but I'm pretty good at hunting out quality items at bargain prices. I don't follow fashion magazines. I buy what looks good to me.
