5. Procedures for Club Admission and
Exit
(1) Starting on the first of May, new applicants are admitted to clubs
as members. The period leading up to this is considered a trial period
and interested students need not submit the Application for Club Admission/Exit
during that period.
(2) The Application Form for Club Admission/Exit
may be obtained from the student association office in the department
of student advising. Once the applicant has received the signature seals
of his or her parent or guardian, homeroom teacher, and advisor, and
the student association office in the department of student advising,
the application form should be submitted to the club advisor.
(3) Club admission fees may not exceed
2000 yen, and club dues may not exceed 1000 yen per month.
