私のかぞくです。父と母と妹です。七人かぞくです。しゃしんに兄二人と姉が見えません。わたしのかぞくはおもしろいです。
This is a picture of part of my family. In it are my father, my mother and my little sister. There are seven members in my family. My two older brothers and my older sister are not in this picture. My family is pretty interesting.
私はゴルフとボーリングをします。私のボーリングチームはネバダ州をゆうしょうしました。ゴルフはむずかしいです.
I play golf and go bowling. My bowling team won first in Nevada State. Golf is difficult.
私の学校です。私の学校は大きいで人口は二千二百人です。今は私の学校は小さそうです。
This is my school. It is really big. It has a population of 2,200 students. But now that I have gotten used to it, my school seems small.
私のうちです。アメリカで私のうちはかなり大きいでアメリカのうちは日本のうちより大きいですよ。
This is my house. Because American houses are generally larger than Japanese houses, my house would seem considerably large compared to a Japanese house.
日本語のじゅきょうです。このじゅきょうのせいとはとてもすくないです。みんなはなかがいいです。
This is my Japanese class. This class is very small. Everybody in my class gets along well.
   
今日は私の名前はゲレトです。私は十七才で高校四年生です。私はアメリカのラスベガスネバダにすんでいます。
   アメリカで私の学校はかなり大きいです。私の高校の人口は二千二百人です。私はじゅぎょうが四つしかありません。ふつうのがくせいはじゅきょうが六つあります。毎日私は学校に七じから十一時までかよっています。高校で私は日本語と英語とびぶんせきぶんとせいじをべんきょうしています。四年前から日本語のべんきょうをはじまりました。びぶんせきぶんのじゅきょうはとてもむずかしいです。あるじゅぎょうは四十五人入っていますが日本語のじゅぎょうは七人だけです。
   私の学校はA/Cやあたらしいコンピューターやカーペットがあります。かくへやはきれいにかざっています。アメリカの学校は日本の学校ととてもちがうと思いますよ。アメリカの学校はやさしいです。
   私は車があります。私の車は本田インテグラSIR-Gです。アメリカで高校生ほとんどみんなはうんてんします。私は車を六ヶ月もっています。車が大すきで早いですよ。日本の車は一ばんいいです。毎しゅう車をだんだんなおしてもっと早くなります。
   私は六人かぞくです。父は四十九才でいんさつのしなものを売ります。父はせいこうしゃでげんじゅうです。
   母は四十五才でふどうさんです。母はとてもかっこよくてきれいです。母は私をいつもりかいしてくれます。母はうるさくておかしいです。
   私は妹と兄二人と姉がいます。私と妹はなかがいいです。妹はへんです。妹は十六才ですがせいかくが十才ぐらいです。私はかぞくがすきです。
   私は高校のゴルフぶとボーリングぶを一年生からにゅうぶしました。四年間いっしゅう間に四回れんしゅうしているのにゴルフがあまりじょうずではありませんがボーリングがとくいです。ボーリングぶはネバダ州のゆうしょうをとりました。私のボーリングチームはとてもしゅうじゅくです。
   私はアルバイトがあります。私はトミーヒルフィガーと言う店ではたらいています。私は一しゅう間に三回はたらきます。しごとで私はてんいんを五人しょりしています。私のじきゅうは八百円ぐらいです。私はアルバイトがすきです。
   ラスベガスは一ばんいい町ですよ。外国人はラスベガスにたくさん来ます。ラスベガスでたのしいすることがたくさんあります。ラスベガスのホテルはせかいで一ばん大きくてすばらしいです。あるホテルはへやが五千しつあります。ホテルのボーリングセンターでレーンズが七十ほんあります。

であいはかっこいいです。日本語のじゅきょうでであいをつかいます。一しゅう間に一回であいをべんきょうします。私たちはであいの日本語とえいごを読みます。わたしたちは日本のことをたくさんならいました。わたしはやまもとたかゆきがすきです。たかゆきのせいかつはおもしろくてたかゆきのせいかつはアメリカのせいかつみたいです。
   であいをよみながらわたしは日本に行きたいです。日本はへんそうなところですがであいを読んでからわたしのかんがえかたがかわりました。

   
Hello, my name is Garrett. I am 17 years old, a senior. I live in Nevada, Las Vegas in the United States.
      My school is one of the biggest high schools in the US. There are 2200 people in my school. I take only 4 classes, but people usually take 6 classes. I go to school at 7 in the morning and stay till 11 every day. I study Japanese, English, Calculus, and Politics. I started learning Japanese 3 years ago. Calculus is very difficult. There are classes with 45 students, yet Japanese class has only 7 students.
      There are A/C, new computers, and carpets in my school. Each room is decorated neatly. I think American schools are very different from Japanese ones because programs of American schools are much easier.
      I have a car, Honda Integra SIR-G. Most high school students in the US drive a car. I have had a car for 6 months. I love it, and it's so fast. I find Japanese cars the best. I repair my car every week little by little so that it will become much faster.
      There are 6 people in my family. My father is 49 years old and sells printing products. He is a rigorous successful man.
      My mother is 45 years old and works at the real estate office. She is very cool and beautiful. She always understands me. She is also loud and funny.
      I have a little sister, 2 big brothers, and a big sister. I get along with my little sister. She is unique. Though she is 16 years old, her mental age must be about 10. I love my family.
      I've been a member of a golf club and a bowling club in school since I was a sophomore. Although I've been practicing golf once a week for 4 years, I'm still not good at it. I'm good at bowling, though. Our bowling team won a victory in Nevada. We are very talented.
      I work at Tommy Hilfiger as a part-time worker 3 times a week. I manage 5 workers there. My hourly wage is about 800 yen. I love my job.
      I think Las Vegas is the best city. Many foreigners come to Las Vegas. There are many recreational activities here. Hotels in Las Vegas are the biggest and most beautiful in the world. Some hotels have 5000 rooms, and their bowling centers have 70 lanes.

I think Deai is cool. I use Deai in my Japanese class and study with it once a week. Through reading Deai in Japanese and English, I learned a lot about Japan. I liked Takayuki Yamamoto because his life was interesting and similar to an American life.
      Reading Deai made me long to go to Japan. I had thought that Japan was an odd country at first but reading Deai changed my feelings toward Japan.

    Hello. My name is Yuko. I’m eighteen years old. My school is different from other Japanese schools. It has many electives. I like English and physical education. So I only choose them. It takes thirty minute to go to school by train. Japanese train is crowded with many people. I hate it. I envy you. You can go to school by your car. I can’t do it. Moreover it costs 3000 dollars to take a driving course in Japan.
    What kind of work do you do? Café? Restaurant? I work at a convenience store as a part-time worker 1time a week. My hourly wage is about 850yen.
    It is interesting that your school has a bowling club. I don’t belong in club. But I learn dance 5times a week. I learn HIP HOP, JAZZ, BALLET and YOSAKOI. I love dancing. I have been to L.A two times. I was very lonely. But dancing was very nice!! It was fun.

    보링의 동아리가 있다는게 재미있네요! 저는 동아리는 안하지만 덴스를 배우고 있어요. 주5일로 하고 있어요. 장르는 힙합, 제즈, 바레, 그리고 요사코이예요. 고1과 고2 때 1월달에 로스앤젤레스로 가본적이 있어요. 혼자가서 정말 외로웠지만 덴스는 최고였어요!
