My favorite day of the week is Friday. On Friday, I wake up early in the morning and get ready for school. School's not that fun, but it's always better when it's Friday because they don't give us much homework. Japanese class is my favorite class and it's usually really fun on Fridays. Sometimes we have food day on Friday in Japanese class and it's really fun. The school part of Friday is pretty boring, but once they let us out for the weekend, it's all fun.
      Once I get home, I throw my backpack on the ground and go in my backyard to gather the bowls so that I can feed my dogs. I have three dogs and they are all Labrador Retrievers. After they eat I usually play fetch with them or I just run around and play with them, which is really fun. After my dogs get restless and are tired of playing, I go inside to grab my air soft gun and my baseball glove. Then I head up the street to meet my friends.
      After I get there, my friends and I grab our air guns so we can have a war. We usually play capture the flag. That's when each team has a flag at their base and each team tries to capture the other team's flag without getting shot. We usually play for about an hour or even sooner when it's hot outside, because it really makes you hot when you are running around in the sun. After we get tired of playing air soft, we grab our mitts and head over to a park to play baseball.
      The park is right next to our neighborhood, so we can just walk over easily. We don't usually only have five or six of us. One of us hits the balls and the rest of us go in the outfield to catch them. We take turns hitting them and depending on when the sun goes down behind the horizon, we'll play until darkness hits the field. Then we gather the mitts and baseballs, and head back home before our parents get upset. After we get back, we all head out into the woods and gather wood for a bonfire.
      Once we have gathered enough wood for a really big fire, we set up the wood and get ready to light it. Sometimes we use wax so that the fire will catch easier. Using a lighter, we light some newspaper and set it under the logs so they will catch on fire. Once the logs are going pretty good, we get gram crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows so that we can make smores. To make the smores, we grab a stick and put marshmallow on it. Then we roast the marshmallows and set them on the gram crackers with the chocolate in the middle. After we eat our smores, we throw some more logs on the fire and pick teams so we can play manhunt.
      We play manhunt by picking two even teams. Once the teams are picked, one team hides around the neighborhood while the other team tries to find them. The team that hides tries to get back to the base without being tagged by the team that is looking. It's really fun and we play for hours. We usually don't stop until late at night, then we head back to the campfire to relax. After a couple of minutes by the fire, we go inside to watch TV or play video games. Fridays are always fun and it's my favorite day of the week. I just wish that everyday could be as fun as Friday.
