My
name is Stephanie. I am 13 years old, and I was born on
March 22nd, 1991. I have brown hair and green eyes. I have
two older sisters whose names are Laura, who is 14 years
old; and Jessica, who is 18 years old. Laura is in the 9th
grade and Jessica is at her first year of college. I am
in 8th grade and attend Elkins Pointe Middle School. My
mom and dad's names are Lisa and Gary. They are all very
loving and take care of me. My grandmother, Sally, lives
with all of us in a nice blue house. We also have a dog
named Holly. She is a mix of Border Collie and an Australian
Sheep dog. She is black and white and very smart. I love
to come home and play with her.
On Tuesdays, I get up at 6:00 to wash my hair and be ready
to leave at 7:25. I go to Burger King with my friend, and
we have Bible Study until 8:30. This is a great way to start
my mornings because it gets me ready for school. The adults
who run the Bible Study take us to school, and we stay there
for seven hours. I take Georgia history, Japanese, Algebra,
Physical Science, and Language Arts. Georgia History is
fun. We get to learn how the United States was founded and
how our government works. Algebra is interesting and not
very easy. Physical Science is my hardest class. We learn
a lot of cool things though. Language Arts is a great class.
Japanese is the greatest class. We have fun and learn a
lot. Once we even went to a Japanese restaurant and all
tried to order in Japanese. All the classes I take at school
are great. Everyday, I go onto the bus and ride home. When
I get home at 4:30, I quickly get my electric bass packed
up and go to my lesson. My electric bass guitar teacher
teaches me for an hour. It is so much fun. By next month,
I plan to try out for the praise band at my church. After
the lesson is over, I go home and start my homework. While
I am doing my homework, I listen to music. My favorite kind
of music is country. My favorite song is, "Days Go By."
I have an MP3 player and most all of the songs are by country
artists. I usually have plenty of homework every night.
I always have to take a break half way through my homework.
Most of the time I take breaks on my homework when my mom
calls me for dinner. My mom never tells me what she makes
until I sit down at the dinner table. This time she made
spaghetti. My family all sits together at the dinner table
and talk about our days.
After dinner, my family and I will all sit down and watch
a TV show if we don't have any more work to do. Some television
shows we watch together are Friends, Everybody Loves Raymond,
and sometimes a movie will be on television. Sometimes my
mom or dad will get hungry and buy some ice cream so that
we can all watch TV and eat our ice cream. By this time,
we are all tired of our long, full day. I go into my room,
say my prayers, and dream of the day that has gone by.
