My
name is Rachel. I was born on September 28, 1987 in good'ole Neenah Wisconsin.
I have lived in Wisconsin my whole life and have taken Japanese classes since
kindergarten. I am currently taking a CAPP Japanese class through UW-Oshkosh.
I went to Japan last summer. It was so much fun. I really enjoyed going to Tokyo
and Hiroshima.
My family consists of my mom, dad, and younger brother Luke.
My mom loves the color orange and has an orange Mini-Cooper.
It is pretty cool because no one else has one. My dad and
I get along really good. He is the person I can always turn
to. My little brother Luke can be very annoying. He is fourteen
and thinks it is cool to get on my nerves. But I still love
him. I love my family and like to spend time with them.
I attended Clovis Grove Elementary School in Menasha Wisconsin
from kindergarten to fifth grade. It was here that I started
taking Japanese. I enjoyed Japanese class very much because
we always got to sing songs and make origami. I continued
studying Japanese through middle school and am still taking
it in high school where I am now getting college credit
for my work. I went to Japan last summer. It was so much
fun. I really enjoyed going to Hiroshima and to Peace Park
Museum. I would love to go back to Japan and visit someday.
I want to attend college after I graduate and become a medical
researcher or forensic scientist. I really enjoy school.
Biology and science classes are my favorite. I want to get
into some work with biology when I grow up. I am not sure
what exactly I want to do. But I still have some time so
I am not in that much of a hurry.
I love hanging out with my friends. My best friend Erin
and I love to do random things. Since there isn't much to
do in good'ole Menasha, we have to be creative. We like
to go to Gamblers games and make things for our boyfriends.
I love hanging out with Brent (my boyfriend), Erin, and
Fue (Erin's boyfriend). We like to go to movies and go to
Gambler's hockey games. We also like to have game nights.
We usually have one once a month and they are so much fun.
We all get together at my house and then we play a board
game. We usually play Taboo or Gestures. It is a lot of
fun. They are my best friends in the whole world and I love
to hang out with them.
Now that you know little bit about me, I hope my pictures
make more sense and I hope you understand what life is like
here in good 'ole Menasha.
