Hi! I’m a talkative, very active boy. I would like to use the talents that I
have so that those around me can have fun.
In general, I like sports. Some of the ones I like are ping-pong, swimming, and
basketball, to name a few. I’m not that skilled, but as long as I’ve got free
time, I practice. I learned ping-pong for five years since I was six years old.
I’ve always been drawn to the Olympic athlete Wanghao who’s from my home town
Changchun. It’d be great if I got the chance to go to the 2008 Olympics in Beijing
too. Going as a volunteer would be okay because I’d get to see with my own eyes
the amazing figures of the Olympic athletes and help the Olympics as well. As
for basketball, my height is only 172 cm (5’7”). It’s not a big deal, but I can
brag that I can block my classmate who’s 184cm tall (6’). Do you want to play
against me? (hehe)
In China, every day I study 12 hours at school. At night, even after I’ve gone
home, I still have to study. That’s why it’s not until 11:00 that I can finally
get to bed. Our only day off is Sunday. It’s awful, isn’t it? What’s worse than
that is the lunch at our school’s cafeteria. It’s so tasteless, I’m sick of it.
I’m a glutton, so I want to eat all of the world’s delicious foods. Each day
I’d search to see if there’s something even more delicious than the last.
On my days off, I surf online at home and check up on the latest trends and download
information on gourmet foods and anime. There’s gourmet foods that I can only
look at, but when I look at foods that are so delicious that I can’t pull my
eyes away, I get so excited that my mouth waters. My innocent smile on the photo
shows how I want to try these delicious foods. I really am simple-minded like
a child. When I search for anime on the net, I’m usually looking for Japanese
stuff or the ones that Disney makes. Of course I like Japan’s anime better. It’s
really fun, and it satisfies me. Up until now I’ve watched lots of different
series like “Slam Dunk,” “Crayon Shin-chan,” “Naruto,” and others. Also, I’ve
seen TV dramas like “Pride.” Have you watched them too?
I’ll tell you one of my secrets. My way of thinking is like a traditional Chinese
man. As far as relations with women are concerned, in China there are tacit rules.
The people of the feudal era were tied with many burdens and chains, and it’s
the same with me. But, this flippant character can’t change, so, probably, in
the future I’ll choose the free romance I want. I’ll probably aggressively chase
after girls. Maybe!
Even I don’t know what the future will bring. But, I’ll put forth my best effort
to enter into the elite of the IT industry. My goal is to become a white-collar
worker who can speak four languages freely (Chinese, Japanese, English, and Korean).
I also want to become a computer specialist, and I believe that I can do this.
That’s why I always tell myself “Believe in yourself!” I am me, only I can do
the things that I do.
