Hello! My name is Tiffany. I’m a girl born in Pasadena, Texas. At two years
old, I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. My birthday is November 8, 1988, therefore
I am 18 years old. My life is boring, but it can become interesting.
My family is weird, but that’s good. It’s fun. I live with my older
brother, my mother, and my step dad. My older brother Tony sells cell phones.
He’s very good with computers and makes a lot of money. My mother works at a
casino. She is a card dealer. She likes her job because she can meet a lot of
foreign people. My step dad sells cars. He sells many different kinds of cars.
He sold Mazdas, Toyotas, Mitsubishis, Fords, and more. Right now, he owns a white
Nissan 350Z. It’s very fast and very pretty. I have an older sister. My older
sister’s name is Tina. She has lived in Irvine, California for six years. She
is there because of college. Tina is very smart. She is studying to become a
doctor. She works hard. Sometimes she has three jobs! Right now I am saving my
money. After I graduate high school, I want to go to Irvine and study. I’m scared,
but I’m looking forward to it.
I have a really fun job. The store is called Build-A-Bear Workshop.
I have been working there for a year and a half. I show families how to make
stuffed animals. Kids think it is very fun. They can put clothes on their stuffed
animal. The store has bear’s pants, shirts, shoes, underwear, and more! I meet
lots of foreign people at my job. Sometimes I meet Mexicans, Australians, Chinese,
and Japanese people. It’s interesting to hear them speak their language.
I love school. This year, I have 8 classes. It’s difficult, but
I try my best. I am in Student Council, therefore I can help think of school
dances. I am in a lot of clubs too. I love Key Club. I am an officer, therefore
I must go to meetings. Sometimes, the meetings are in different cities in California.
So I travel a lot. It takes about 6 hours to get to my meetings. I meet with
friends. I don’t see them that often.
I love to travel. When I was five years old, I went to Hong Kong
and Vietnam. I was on the plane for 15 hours. Because I am not Chinese, I didn’t
understand the people in Hong Kong. In Vietnam, I met all of my relatives for
the first time. There was not that many cars, therefore people drove motorcycles.
It was scary.
