The
first photo is of my cousin Nicole, friends Mike and Chris,
and myself. We were in Maui, Hawaii. We were there for
1 week. Everyday, Nicole, Mike and Chris would surf; they
were very good at it. I, on the other hand, would golf
with my parents. I am a very avid golfer. My favorite course
was Wailea Golf Course because of its tough greens and
beautiful views of the ocean. After we golfed we would
go to the beach. My younger sister, Molly, would skim board
everyday at the beach. The weather was sunny all but 1
day when it rained. One day we went to Lahaina to go shopping.
I bought a T-shirt. After that, my family, my cousin's
family and my friend's family gathered together and went
to Cheeseburger in Paradise, a restaurant. They are famous
for their hamburgers.
The second photo is of Jenny and me.
It was taken in March of 2005. We were in Palm Springs,
California for Spring Break with my family. Jenny is a
professional golfer who competes on the LPGA tour. In this
photo, we were at the Kraft Nabisco Championship, the day
before the tournament started. We were playing in a Pro-Am
together. My mom and I went to the golf course hoping just
to watch Jenny play in the Pro-Am, but instead, to my surprise,
Jenny asked me to play with her because she was one person
short. The next day the tournament started and my family
and I went to watch Jenny and Giulia (another professional
golfer we know) play. The tournament was 4 days long, but
I was only able to watch 2 days. This experience was one
of my favorite days of my life.
The third photo was of my
family and 3 other families in 2000. It was New Years Day
and we were at my friend's house. I am seated in the middle
row, 3rd from the left. My mom is on my right. My younger
sister is on the top row, 2nd from the left. My father
is on the far right. All of us go on family vacations together.
Two of the kids, Mike and Chris, I have grown up with.
First we ate dinner then we watched a movie, while the
parents talked. We also did fireworks. We had a magician
come and do card tricks, make balloon animals, and he threw
a playing card on the ceiling, where is still remains there
today. Every year, all of us celebrate New Years together,
and from 2001 on we have been celebrating it in Hawaii.
That year we all signed the photo and wrote a letter to
ourselves that we will open in 2010. I do not remember
what I wrote, but I will find out in 4 years. I can't wait
to open my letter and see what I wrote.
