『国際文化フォーラム通信』は、年4回（4･7･10･1月）発行している当財団の機関誌です。TJFが促進している小中高校生への外国語教育、文化理解・国際理解教育に関連するテーマに沿って、毎号シリーズものや特集を組んでお送りしています。おもに国内外の教育機関・関係者の皆様に配布しています。     Published quarterly (Apr., July, Oct., Jan.), Kokusai Bunka Foramu Tsushin is the Japanese-language newsletter of TJF. Along with themes that TJF seeks to promote, such as foreign language education, cultural understanding and education for international understanding, each issue offers special features and series. It is distributed mainly to educational institutions and those involved in education.

It was distributed to Japanese-language teachers from October 1993 to June 2004. It came out under a new title as Takarabako from the issue published in September 2004.
