Full-time (daytime) high schools usually consist of four morning classes and two afternoon classes. The vast majority of high school students attend these schools. Part-time school programs offer a four-year part-time curriculum as an alternative to the three-year full-time schools. Classes are scheduled in the evening at night to meet the needs of students with regular jobs.
