At Osaka City Kogei High School, we played with sparkler fireworks with the students to spell “Osaka” in sparks. Paul made the “O,” Polly the “S,” our interpreter, Momi-san, the first “A,” and our record-keeper, Yott-san, the “K,” while Oka-chon of the high school, swirled the final “A.” We made numerous attempts and finally succeeded. Memories of this experience will stay with us forever. We’re so glad to have become friends!
