朝食のあと、学校へ行く準備をします。まず、顔を洗って、歯を磨きます。それから、髪を整えます。毎日、どこかしら寝ぐせがついています。水をつけて寝ぐせをなおすのですが、それでもはねている髪があるときはドライヤーを使います。だいたい5分ぐらいで、簡単にすませてしまいます。
市川高校は校則が厳しくて、服装や髪型のチェックがあります。ロン毛（長髪）、茶髪（茶色に染めた髪）、パーマは禁止されています。

After eating breakfast, I get ready for school. I wash my face and brush my teeth and then try to get my hair to look right. Every morning it's sticking out one direction or another from the way I slept on it. I dampen and comb it firmly and if it is still out of place I use the hairdryer to get it into line. It takes about five minutes and I try to finish it off without too much fussing.
Ichikawa High School has pretty strict school rules and sometimes the teachers check to make sure we conform to the dress code. You can't have long hair, dye your hair, or have it permed.
