Hakuba, Nagano prefecture

Located in the northwestern part of Nagano prefecture, Hakuba is
a mountain resort village of about 800 lodging and other facilities
in a natural setting in full view of the peaks of the Ushiro-tateyama
range of the Northern Japan Alps. It was the main venue of the skiing
events for the Nagano Winter Olympic Games (1998). |
